Feedback Startegies

This is the first article I chose, it refers back to the power of "yet". It's a reminder of how important that word is when giving feedback to kids and adults. You can be honest with someone and even if the feedback outlines negative aspects, you can always say that you're not there YET. It is important to keep that in mind when giving feedback. The reason for that is because you want to give good, honest and specific feedback without killing anyone's dreams for improvement. Overall a very good article.

This article is about reflecting on someone's work without consequences of it. Imagine looking in the mirror except you're the work you produced and the mirror reflects the reality of it; how good or bad it actually is so you come to realize what has to be improved/worked on to make it correct or just better. When giving feedback you have to be like a mirror, exact and realistic. Outline specifically what could be better and what is already good. Overall, quite enlightening article.
